Situated
midway between Windermere and Kendal. Staveley is a
small village with a selection of shops and pubs.

Littlewood
is about 1 1/2
miles
outside of the village and is a perfect base for
exploring the Lake District by car or for dedicated
walkers Kentmere, Longsleddale, and Troutbeck are within easy
reach, there are more gentle walks from the door.
The
cottages are extensions at each end of the house but are
private with their own entrances, no one will disturb
you but we are on hand should you need any assistance.
Pets
are welcome but must be kept under strict control.
Littlewood is no longer a working farm but we are in the
heart of sheep farming country and although your dog may
not chase sheep, the sheep don't know that!
